The site looks nice and easy enough to browse, but I didn’t feel totally confident buying from it. There wasn’t much info about the brand, and the reviews weren’t super easy to verify. Maybe it’s completely fine, but when you’re about to place an order, you kind of want that extra reassurance. Trust-wise, it just left me a little unsure

It just looks kind of messy and outdated in person. I was hoping it would feel a bit more polished, but the overall look is NOT great.

I had to exchange it for a different size, and at first I felt kind of trapped not knowing if it would be a hassle or if I’d be stuck with the wrong one. It took a few days to get sorted, but support did reply and the replacement eventually showed up just fine.

I ordered from Lucie Annabel and, i was happy with it overall. The price seemed fair, and the item looked close to the photos, which I was slightly unsure about before ordering. The quality isn’t exactly high-end or anything, but for what I paid, I think it’s decent. Delivery did take a little longer than I expected, so I’d probably give it 4 stars. I think I’d order again, though

I liked how it looked on the website, but once I actually wore it, it just wasn’t as great as I hoped. The material felt kind of stiff, and after a few hours it started bothering me. The fit was okay, not awful or anything, but it’s just not something I’d reach for again. Maybe it’ll work better for someone else, but for me the comfort just wasn’t there

I had a browse through lucieannabel.com and the products are really nice, the whole site has a cute feel to it.
There are definitely some lovely options, and the style feels consistent, so if that’s your thing you’ll probably like it. I just found myself wishing there were a few more colours and designs to pick from.
Overall it’s not bad at all, I just felt like I got through everything quite quickly. I’d check back again if they added a bit more to the range.

That said, it’s not always the smoothest experience. Delivery can feel a bit slow sometimes, and the updates isn’t always that clear. I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but I also wouldn’t call it super reliable. For me, it’s about 3 stars.
